We love a great cask pour. At our Wilbraham taproom, we have two traditional beer engines, and there is always at least one fresh cask-conditioned beer available. We serve our cask beer at authentic cellar temperature, not ice cold, because that's the traditional way to enjoy a real ale. Serving it this way allows the malt, hops, and yeast character to shine, creating a smoother, fuller-flavored pint just as the brewer intended.

There are no beer engines in Ware, so if you wish to enjoy the cask ales, join us in Wilbraham.
