Whether it's one of our flagship beers or a brand-new recipe, we put everything we have into making each batch the best it can be. We brew a wide variety of styles—from crisp, delicate pilsners to rich, roasty stouts—while maintaining a special appreciation for traditional English-style ales. We take pride in brewing authentic representations of these classic styles alongside the modern beers our customers have come to love.

At our Wilbraham taproom, we proudly offer cask beer every day. Our casks are conditioned and stored in our cellar keg room at traditional cellar temperature before being served through our hand-pulled beer engines, providing an authentic cask ale experience just as it is enjoyed in England.

Every batch is brewed by our brewer and co-owner, Adam, who oversees every step of the brewing process to ensure every pint meets our high standards. Alongside customer favorites like Fieldcrest ESB and F-Bomb New England IPA, we're always introducing new seasonal and small-batch beers.

With the opening of our Ware taproom, Fieldcrest Brewing also began producing Fieldcrest Hard Cider. Crafted in-house using premium juice and real ingredients, our hard cider is available exclusively at our Ware location, giving visitors another reason to explore everything Fieldcrest has to offer.

One thing you may not notice while enjoying one of our beers is that every beer we brew is reduced gluten. In fact, that's how Fieldcrest Brewing got its start.

We set out to create full-flavored, reduced-gluten beer for friends who wanted great craft beer without compromise. Our goal was simple: brew beer that anyone would choose to drink because it tastes exceptional—not because it's reduced gluten. Once we perfected that process, we expanded our lineup to include a wide variety of beer styles, refreshing hard seltzers, and, more recently, Fieldcrest Hard Cider, crafted at our Ware taproom and available there exclusively.

Fieldcrest ESB

Bozo Juice

8.0% ABV
A soft, juicy Double New England IPA brewed with Citra, Simcoe, and El Dorado hops. Citra brings bright citrus, Simcoe adds pine and resinous character, and El Dorado rounds it out with tropical-fruit notes. Bold and hop-forward with a smooth mouthfeel and balanced finish.
Wind At Your Back

This brew is crafted each year through a special collaboration with Grodsky Group to support the Pan-Mass Challenge. A portion of the proceeds from every batch is donated directly to the Pan-Mass Challenge, which in turn provides critical funding to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. It’s truly a beer brewed with a meaningful cause.
SUMMER ALE

GABE'S LAGER

Gabe's Lager is a traditional Helles brewed for those who appreciate a clean, balanced lager. At 4.7% ABV, it pours bright gold with a soft bready malt character, subtle floral hop notes, and a smooth, crisp finish. Easy-drinking yet full of flavor, Gabe's Lager showcases the elegance and drinkability that have made the Helles style a German classic.
Named in honor of Gabe's, the iconic Ware landmark that we transformed into Fieldcrest Brewing's second taproom, this beer is a tribute to the building's history and its new chapter as a gathering place for great beer and good company.
NORTH STATION PORTER

Smooth, English-style porter with inviting notes of chocolate, roasted coffee, toasted bread crust, and a touch of caramel malt. Medium-bodied and exceptionally drinkable, it offers a balanced roast character and a clean finish, making it a flavorful yet approachable dark beer.
Named in honor of North Station, the former railroad depot in Wilbraham, this porter pays tribute to a piece of the town's past. Though the depot is no longer standing, its name lives on in this classic porter inspired by tradition.
NORTHWEST BLEND CIDER

FUMI'S GALAXY

A hazy New England IPA based on our flagship F-Bomb and dry-hopped exclusively with Galaxy hops. Bright notes of passionfruit, pineapple, and citrus deliver a juicy tropical character with a smooth, refreshing finish. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Pafumi’s on Main in Wilbraham.
FALKEN PILS

our take on a classic German-style pilsner—bright, crisp, and exceptionally refreshing. Brewed with traditional ingredients, it features a clean malt backbone, balanced bitterness, and delicate floral and herbal hop character. Light-bodied with a dry, snappy finish, Falken Pils is a timeless lager that's as easy to enjoy as it is to appreciate.
F-Bomb Mango

6% ABV
We’ve taken our flagship beer, F-Bomb, and expertly infused it with delicious mango, creating a refreshing and unique flavor profile that is truly delightful. The addition of mango introduces a touch of sweetness and a juicy character that can beautifully complement the citrusy and floral qualities of Citra and El Dorado hops. This harmonious blend results in a beer experience that is both vibrant and satisfying.
Vanilla Brown

KENSINGTON

3.8% ABV
Kensington Dark Mild is an English-style ale with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 3.8%. Despite its dark appearance, this beer offers a surprisingly light mouthfeel, making it exceptionally drinkable. Raisincrest Stout

DOUBLE F-BOMB

An imperial take on our flagship F-Bomb New England IPA. Bigger and bolder, it delivers layers of juicy citrus, tropical fruit, and stone-fruit character in a smooth, hazy body with a balanced finish.
MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT

A smooth, full-flavored stout with rich chocolate character and a balanced roasted-malt finish. Dark and satisfying without being overly heavy, it’s an approachable stout made for slow, easy sipping.

Road to Hoppiness is our experimental beer line. #4 is based off our NEIPA Revelry with a slight change to the dry hop. Dry hopping with Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops enhance the aroma and add more layers of hop character to the beer.
LIVIN' ON JUICY STREET

A bold, juicy Double IPA bursting with tropical-fruit and citrus character. Full-bodied yet smooth, it delivers a rich hop-forward flavor with a soft finish that makes its higher ABV surprisingly approachable.

ROAD TO HAPPINESS #5

6.2% ABV
Road to Hoppiness is our experimental beer line. #5 is brewed with Belma and Citra hops. This new brew is juicy and fruit-saturated. The Citra leads with bold citrus and tropical flavors, while Belma contributes a distinctive strawberry, melon, and soft berry sweetness that plays beautifully against the citrus bite. The finish is smooth and rounded, with very low bitterness, enhancing the impression of fruit juice in a glass.
