Supporting the Communities That Support Us

At Fieldcrest Brewing Company, we are proud to support the communities that support us. As a locally owned, independent craft brewery, we believe in giving back through donations that strengthen local nonprofits, schools, community organizations, and charitable events.

Each week, we receive numerous donation requests from deserving organizations. As much as we would like to support every cause, the volume of requests we receive and our annual charitable giving budget make that impossible. To ensure every request is reviewed fairly and consistently, all charitable donation requests must follow the guidelines below.

Submission of a donation request does not guarantee approval. Approved donations are based on our annual charitable giving budget, availability, and how closely the request aligns with our community giving priorities.

Donation Request Guidelines

To be considered, all donation requests must meet the following requirements:

• Requests must be submitted at least sixty (60) days prior to your event or donation deadline.

• All requests must be submitted through the Charitable Donation Request Form on our website. Requests made by phone, email, social media, or in person will not be considered.

• The donation request form must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete applications may not be reviewed.

• Requests should be submitted by a nonprofit organization, school, municipality, or recognized community organization. Proof of nonprofit status may be requested.

• Only one (1) donation request per organization per calendar year will be considered.

• Organizations that have previously received a donation from Fieldcrest Brewing Company must submit a new request for future consideration.

• Approval of a request does not guarantee a specific donation item or dollar value. Donations are provided based on availability and our annual charitable giving budget.

• Fieldcrest Brewing Company does not provide cash donations through this request process.

• Donations are intended for fundraising events, charitable causes, and community programs. Requests for employee appreciation events, internal organizational functions, private parties, or other non-charitable activities will not be considered.

• Donations may not be resold, exchanged for cash, or used for purposes other than those described in the approved request.

• Requests submitted fewer than sixty (60) days before an event cannot be accommodated.

• Fieldcrest Brewing Company reserves the right to request additional information or documentation before making a donation decision.

• Donations are not available for individuals, political organizations, or organizations whose mission conflicts with the values of Fieldcrest Brewing Company.

• Charitable donations are funded through an annual giving budget. Once the annual budget has been allocated, additional requests may be declined regardless of merit.

• Fieldcrest Brewing Company reserves the right to decline any request at its sole discretion.

Our Giving Priorities

As a locally owned brewery, our charitable giving is focused on the communities we serve. Priority is generally given to organizations and events located within the communities surrounding our taprooms and distribution area, including:

• Local nonprofit organizations

• Community events and festivals

• Schools and educational programs

• Youth sports and recreation programs

• First responder organizations

• Veterans organizations

• Community health and wellness initiatives

• Local civic and charitable organizations

While we carefully review every request, we may not be able to support organizations or events located outside of our primary service area.

Review Process

All charitable donation requests must be submitted through the Charitable Donation Request Form on our website. This allows us to review every request fairly, consistently, and maintain an organized record of the many requests we receive throughout the year.

Requests are reviewed on a regular basis. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to respond to every submission. Organizations selected to receive a donation will be contacted directly by Fieldcrest Brewing Company.

We appreciate the important work that nonprofit organizations and community groups do to strengthen our local communities. Every request submitted through our website is reviewed carefully and considered alongside the many requests we receive throughout the year.

While we are unable to fulfill every request, we are committed to making thoughtful decisions that allow us to support as many local organizations and community initiatives as our charitable giving budget permits. We appreciate your understanding and wish you success with your event or fundraising efforts.
